About the Position
As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee daily hospital operations, support our veterinary team, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting hospital staff
- Managing scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
- Overseeing financial performance, inventory, and administrative processes
- Promoting excellent client service and communication
- Collaborating with veterinarians to maintain high standards of patient care
- Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
