Springs Road Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized Client Services Representative to join our team. Our CSRs are the welcoming face — and the organizational heartbeat — of the practice. This role is all about creating a positive experience for every client who walks in or calls, while supporting our medical team behind the scenes through clear communication, smart scheduling, and steady front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and by phone
• Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and manage the daily flow
• Accurately enter and update client and patient information
• Communicate clearly with clients about services, estimates, medications, and follow-up care
• Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required (veterinary or medical office experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion for animals and the people who love them
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
